This construction of this DG series gravel pump is single-stage, single-suction cantilevered and horizontal. This pump is single casing pump. According to the driving type, it can be classified into two kinds of typical structures: self- carrying bracket type, and gear box with pump together. Lubricating type can adopt grease or oil lubrication. The gravel pumps are mainly used for continuous handling of the strong abrasive medium which contains too big solid to be pumped by a common pump. Type GH pumps are of high head gravel pumps. Those centrifugal foam pumps feature high efficiency, wear-resistant, stable performance and great interchangeability. The vertical froth pumps do not need sealing, and the hopper can use liners. They may deliver the slurries of more flow and higher head with small installation space. The pumps may be driven by belt or direct coupling. DF (DHF) series vertical froth pump should rotate clockwise viewing from the drive end.

The sump slurry pumps are designed for vertical cantilever type with single casing, double suction and semi-open impeller design. The impeller is made of high-chromium alloy or rubber. The gap between impeller and liner is adjustable, to assure the high-efficient operation. This series of sump slurry pumps do not need any shaft seal, and the wet parts of pumps are made of rubber and the parts contacting with slurry is lined with rubber. Those vertical sump pumps are used to deliver corrosive slurries. The pumps may be driven by belt or direct coupling. The Pumps should rotate clockwise viewing from the drive end.
