Casing halves are cast iron fitted with replaceable, abrasion resistant rubber liners, which are pressure molded to steel backing plates and secured to casing externally by heavy-duty studs and nuts. Rubber closed impeller is pressure molded to ductile iron skeleton and includes pump-out vanes on front and rear shroud to reduce stuffing box pressure and suction recirculation.

1. Vertical cantilever slurry pump casing carries replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber.
2. Bearing assembly is adoptable of cylindrical structure. It is easy to adjust the gap between impeller and front liner. It can be removed completely for repairing. Bearing assembly uses grease lubrication.
3. The shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.
4. The sludge pump discharges direction can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees as requested and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
